Does Renew move all furniture from areas to be cleaned?
- ReNew will move and
return most funiture(with the exception of pianos,
entertainment/computer center, antiques, plants and aquariums,etc.).

What method do you use to clean carpet and upholstery?
- The Butler System,
the #1 Van-Powered Carpet and Fabric Cleaning System. It is the most
effective steam cleaning equipment to remove soil from your carpet and
upholstery.
Will cleaning my carpet make it soil faster?
- We use Soap Free
Procyon as a cleaning agent, with a chemical free soft water rinse. So
there is no sticky residue making your carpets stay clean longer.
What do I need to do before ReNew arrives?
- If you know the nature of any spot, please inform Ken so that he can maximize the pre-spotting efforts.
- Vacuum area to be cleaned. If you prefer, ReNew can vacuum for a nominal fee.
- Determine what areas you would like 3M Scotchgard reapplied.
- Move any delicate items from areas to be cleaned.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
- Typical drying time is 4-8 hours.
How long do I need to stay off the carpet?
- It is best to stay
off the carpet until it is dry to avoid re-soiling and the possiblity
of slipping. If you need to be on the carpet we can supply you with
booties.
- Please leave carpet tabs and blocks in place until carpet is thoroughly dry.
How often should I clean my carpets?
- Most carpet manufacturers recommend professional cleaning every 12 months depending on soiling.
